Description:About the CAIT Team: The CAM Assist, Integration and Training (CAIT) team was created to centralize and focus on the development of the Control Account Manager (CAM) community across all LM and functions. CAIT will provide next-level training, development, and standardization to the CAM community. CAIT seeks to redefine the CAM role, shifting the perspective from an often administrative role to a significant, accountable leadership position, vital to the effective program performance our customers expect from LM. In support of this objective, the CAIT team will develop effective and relevant training, a focus on CAM career development, and other strategic initiatives to enable the necessary shift in program culture to recognize the CAM as a critical role. LM leadership see the establishment of the CAIT team as an important and necessary step to prepare the CAM community for our drive to OneLM, 1LMX efforts, and the long-term effectiveness of our CAMs across LM. Reporting to the Enterprise Operations Program Management leadership, this team will have high visibility across all of LM and LM leadership. Role Overview: The CAIT Training Deployment Senior Manager, reporting to the CAIT Lead will manage the comprehensive approach to the delivery of both required and beneficial training needs for the CAM role and consider future expansion to include impacts to other PPM roles. With a focus on overall CAM career development, training, advocacy, standardization, and representation of the CAM role across functional teams, this role will engage with various functions and initiative teams to ensure CAM training is delivered in a standardized and integrated way with Lockheed Martin-wide efforts, including 1LMX, CAM Portal, Planning, Engineering & Technology, and Finance and Business Operations.
This role is responsible for a hands-on approach to understanding current training content and requirements from across LM, developing a more effective and efficient way to deliver the training while simultaneously expanding the content to ensure CAMs are provided the training necessary to be effective and consider future improvements for other PPM roles.
This role will lead the CAIT efforts for training delivery, both in-person and virtual experiences to the CAM and PPM community.
Periodic travel will be required to support CAIT development efforts and delivery of potential on-site training content.
This is a virtual role, but an ideal candidate will be located near an LM facility.




Key Responsibilities:
• Creating an efficient and effective delivery model for standardized training curriculum for the CAM community – Ex. PPM University modular approach to role based training
• Ensuring required CAM training is repeatable and standardized
• Establishing and coordinating Lockheed Martin-wide CAM training around role specific and time sensitive topics – Enrichment Sessions
• Support maintenance of LM wide PPM required training compliance tracking database
• Coordinating and delivery of standardized PPM and CAM related training
• Lead the delivery of CAM and PPM related training for CAIT
• Support overall CAIT efforts as necessary

Key Initiatives: The CAIT Training Deployment Lead will direct and manage various initiatives, including:
• Deploying standardized CAM training content/resources – job aids / checklists
• Coordinate the delivery and implementation of a consolidated lessons learned and best practice data base from BA input to leverage for timely and programmatic training content
• Spearhead CAIT engagements with LM wide initiatives like 1LMX on CAM related training content or need (ex. CAM Portal)
• Create or develop delivery recommendations on other CAM-related training content to BA CAM support teams
• Establishing CAM career development content
• Support the definition of the CAM roles and responsibilities
• Establish measurable CAM training goals
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years relevant experience
• Earned Value Management System expertise with techniques and processes
• Previous CAM experience
• Leadership in business operations, program, or project management
• Cross-functional negotiation skills
• Experience in building multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with training CAMs on a variety of topics
• Direct experience with creating CAM related training content and the delivery of that content
• Strong Knowledge of PPMP-01, PPMP-02, PPM-101, DFAR and Non-DFAR contracts and LM EVMS command media related to the CAM role
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $146,800 - $276,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $127,700 - $244,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
