The role: An exciting opportunity to join British Airways Colleague Experience team as a Colleague Insight and Engagement Manager has arisen!
Reporting to the Head of Colleague Experience, you will lead our Insight and Engagement strategy through insight driven action planning and data analytics.
What you’ll do: - Capture insights from colleague surveys and organisational health data to drive engagement across the business.
- Design, administer, and continuously improve colleague surveys to measure engagement levels and identify areas of improvement through action planning.
- Embed a culture where engagement data and insights are shared transparently and timely, a culture where feedback is both acted on and communicated back to our colleagues.
- Bring colleague insights to life through internal communications, celebrating success and strong stakeholder relationships.
About you: - Comfortable analysing complex data and translating this into a story and solution.
- Analytical mind-set and able to track and recognise data trends that inform decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident presenting insight to senior leadership.
- An insights and engagement expert, who isnt afraid to be creative and drive innovative, digital solutions.
Your experience: - A programme/project management qualification or relevant experience is essential.
- Experience of IT solution implementation is desirable.
- Experience of leading in an employee experience/engagement team.
