The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Commercial Development Lead has arisen!

Working with our Commercial Development Manager and relevant Senior Product Managers, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering product or programme projects that achieve our Commercial Transformation strategy.

What you’ll do:
  • Turn product or programme strategies into tangible delivery plans, discrete areas of work and actions.
  • Understand and keep on top of relevant industry trends, working with our Revenue teams to understand specific market dynamics.
  • Use data and analytics to support levels of investment into product or programme changes, including robust tracking against their expected outcome.
What you’ll bring to British Airways:
  • A strong analytical capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business and our partners.
Your experience:
  • Background in delivering complex projects.
  • Knowledge of revenue management fare products, inventory management and airline sales programmes would be advantageous.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Python, SAS and Excel.
  • Expertise in product and/or programme management is essential.
