Commercial Partnerships Manager – Propositions

As our Commercial Partnerships Manager at easyJet holidays, you will build, own and develop a pipeline of initiatives for our hotel, destination, and trade partners. You’ll be responsible for the innovation, planning, and delivery of B2B products and initiatives across our media partnerships and trade functions, and have product ownership of these initiatives across all European markets and channels to meet and exceed agreed sales and profit targets.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Commercial Partnerships and our Head of Distribution to determine the overall strategic direction for easyJet holidays’ portfolio of media and trade partnerships and you’ll own the product delivery of core B2B initiatives including our dynamic inventory solutions and product packages for destination and hotelier partners.

You’ll drive profitability improvements, identify strategic growth opportunities, and build the Media Solutions Offering/Platform Solution to evolve the media offering further through digital innovation. You’ll operate with a clear results focus, prioritising initiatives by business impact, and reporting on the results of your new initiatives. You’ll ensure our partners deliver to contract obligations and service levels, and maintain competitive products in terms of price, range, availability and promotional capabilities. If they fall short, you’ll proactively identify and drive continuous improvements to partner product offering and display/merchandising of product through all available channels.

What you’ll bring to the team:

We are looking for somebody who has gained product management and marketing skills in an online retail environment or similar fast moving product sector. You’ll need to have excellent influencing and negotiation skills, strong stakeholder management skills, and be a self-starter, with can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.

Finally, and it’s not a deal breaker, but we’d love it if you’re fluent in another European language (particularly French, German, Spanish or Italian).
