Configuration Management Specialist III (NUWCDIVNPT)

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Management Specialist to oversee the development, review, and evaluation of Configuration Management (CM) products related to hardware, software, and associated documentation. This role requires expertise in implementing unique CM processes specific to all classes of submarines, including Los Angeles, Seawolf, Ohio, Virginia, and Columbia. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, coordinating, and executing comment review meetings, as well as managing media delivery practices, including the development of 1149s and media transmittals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and evaluate Configuration Management (CM) products related to hardware, software, and associated documentation.
• Implement unique CM processes for all classes of submarines, including Los Angeles, Seawolf, Ohio, Virginia, and Columbia.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute comment review meetings to ensure comprehensive CM compliance.
• Manage and deliver media effectively, including developing 1149s and media transmittals.

• TOP Secret Security Clearance
• 5 years of experience in Configuration Management (CM) product development, review, and evaluation of hardware, software, and associated documentation.
• 1 or more years of experience with unique CM processes for submarines.
• 1 or more years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing comment review meetings.
• 1 or more years of experience in media management and delivery practices, including developing 1149s and media transmittals.

Desired Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Configuration Management (CM) product development, review, and evaluation of hardware, software, and associated documentation.
