Roles and Responsibilities

• Reviews design/non design changes in cooperation with supply chain teams
• Coordinates change flow in manufacturing environment
• Controls timely implementation of changes
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Critically evaluates efficiency of such resolutions.
• Proposes and/or supports updates of current procedures
• Collaborates with other departments from supply chain and engineering

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Czech language
• Ability to lead team meetings and communicate with senior staff
• Structured, lean approach
• Problem solving skills

Desired Characteristics

• Bachelor degree from mechanical engineering university
• Previous experience with configuration control
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
