Responsibilities Position SummaryThe Corporate Communications Program Manager will work closely with the PSA Communications team and various leaders throughout the company to develop story ideas, feature packages and communications plans to support the company’s business objectives and engage team members through a variety of tactics including newsletters, the PSA intranet site, and other internal-specific communications tactics. This individual will also oversee all recruitment marketing for our robust talent acquisition programs, shaping the brand of who we are and aiding in our company growth. This leader should be able to understand and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, and figure out the best, clearest, and most engaging ways to communicate with and educate employee base. Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop stories from around the airline that support the company’s vision and culture. Some travel required.
  • Develop and implement creative communication strategies and tactics to reach a diverse range of audiences across a variety of media.
  • Establish strong relationships with employees to bring their stories front and center.
  • Identify and coordinate engaging opportunities for employees to get involved in the community.
  • Draft letters for leaders as needed, adapting tone easily.
  • Use data on readership and employee intranet site engagement to make recommendations and decisions regarding communications strategies and plans.
  • Support management, content development and publication of newsletters and postings to employee intranet site.
  • Be accountable for the successful development of strategies as well as tactical execution of communication plans in a fast-paced, constantly changing, multi-faceted environment.
  • Identify and develop stories from around the airline that support the company’s vision, culture, and brand.
  • Manage the Communications content calendar.
  • Lead the Marketing Specialist to manage marketing collateral design and development ensuring that they align with PSA brand standards.
  • Oversee the strategy behind all marketing plans for Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage the relationship with the recruiting team and support marketing collateral development and campaigns to generate leads and promote recruiting events.
  • Support tracking key influencers of interest and engage with them to expand PSA’s reach.
  • Manage content updates on www.psaairlines.com to ensure the site is accurate and stays fresh.
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations on key social media stats to senior leadership.
  • Responsible for the Companys Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Specifics QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications and/or corporate communications
  • Proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Previous experience with managing marketing campaigns
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous experience in project planning, project development and/or event planning
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to speak/read/write in English
  • If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
  • College degree in Communications or Journalism
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics
  • Video and editing capabilities
  • Previous vendor management oversight
Additional Information

Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Manager of Communications.

Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
