What youll do:
  • Manage a portfolio of key corporate relationships on behalf of British Airways and Iberia.
  • Support our Atlantic Joint Business partners, including American Airlines, to meet and exceed our revenue targets.
  • Maintain successful relationships with a wide variety of clients, learning about their needs and delivering customer focused account management services.s
What youll bring to British Airways
  • Experience in CRM, ideally with Salesforce.
  • A strategic approach with the customer at the forefront of your decision making.
  • A background in Corporate Sales is essential.
  • Aviation knowledge and/or experience would be advantageous.

Your experience will be rewarded with a salary between $86,400 - $105,600.

You must have employment authorisation to work in the United States.
