Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Critical Infrastructure and Technology Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA

This role necessitates the capacity to acquire a Sensitive Compartmented Information access and undergo a polygraph examination. Were committed to assisting you through this process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers. Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).  (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
  • Ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information pre-start
  • Ability to obtain counterintelligence or full-scope polygraph pre-start
     

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence or Full-Scope Polygraph
  • Experience developing/implementing SCADA or ICS systems
  • Experience establishing or running critical infrastructure engineering programs
  • Degree in Computer Science or facility engineering field
  • Professional Engineering license in the state of Virginia 
  • Customer facing experience as a contractor or consultant 
  • Certification from the Uptime Institute as an Accredited Tier Designer, Tier Specialist, or Operations Specialist
  • Current certification or the ability to obtain a recognized IT Information Assurance (DOD 8570.1) certification within 6 months after hire.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $150,000 - $185,000
