As the Director Partnerships for our Connected Buildings business, you will be responsible for the global partner strategy for one of our largest and fastest growing business units.   Our connected buildings business team drives incredible customer outcomes in carbon and energy management, predictive maintenance, and visitor management.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Responsible for the global partner strategy for the connected buildings business team.
  • Direct owner of partner relationships - these will include ISVs, OEMs, and major global corporations that can drive smart building automation
  • Meet annual operating plan expectations for partner driven revenue in a co-sell or resell model
  • Works closely with our Director of GSI GTM and Cloud Partnerships Director (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
  • Work closely with HCE sourcing team to land contracts that meet all company compliance guidelines.
  • Accountable for partner selection, enablement & management with sufficient pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Designs, owns and leads the internal & external business reviews
  • This role will require 30 to 40 travel

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 to10 years of experience leading successful partnership strategies and portfolio management
  • Proven track record of recruiting & delivering incremental revenue with partners
  • Ability to run GTMworkshops with top partnerships and translate into meaningful sales activities that drive incremental growth
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and create unique and differentiated GTM initiatives with very senior level executives at partner organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal leaders & and external partners in parallel
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and speaking skills
