As a Director Customer Marketing here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. You will lead a team in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, you will understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. As the Director of Customer Marketing, you will have a significant impact on driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and achieving business goals.
You will report directly to our VP Commercial Operations and youll work on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
• Set the strategic direction for customer marketing, aligning it with overall business objectives
• Develop and manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
• Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and providing coaching and feedback for development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
