Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for a Product PortfolioDirector within the cybersecurity business of HCE. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the ProductPortfolio Director is responsible for developing and managing the productstrategy and delivery for Honeywells Managed Services and ProfessionalServices offerings.
At Honeywell, the Product Portfolio Director owns the portfolioend-to-end and is accountable for delivering on product growth andprofitability objectives. The successfulcandidate will work closely with engineering and R&D, operations, sales,marketing, legal, key business partners and the senior management team tomaximize the growth, development, and return on investment of theorganizations product portfolio today and in the future. The successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative,and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills andinstincts. This person is highlyintelligent and enthusiastic with a commitment to excellence. In terms of personal competencies, thesuccessful candidate must be a hands-on individual who possesses the bestcombination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible businessresults. The candidate must also balancetheoretical thought with practical application in the face of ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define vision for cybersecurity managed security services and professional services portfolios, including all aspects of roadmap, investment, and innovation, with specific focus customer value and maximum ROI.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure portfolio success.
- Ensure sales, go-to-market, and commercialization teams are fully enabled to be commercially successful with the product portfolio
- Perform build/buy/partner analysis and identify, develop, and manage strategic resell and OEM partnerships to help fill product line gaps.
- Seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders on how product should be improved.Conduct win-loss analysis and identify lessons learned to improve commercial success.
- Be the voice of the customer and product vision. Influence customers, partners, senior leaders across Honeywell and communicate Honeywells Cybersecurity vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
YOU MUST HAVE- Minimum 7 years product/offering management experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with managed security services in either a product management or operations role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to influence and partner in a matrix organization
