Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree – MBA or quantitative field (ex. economics, operations research, statistics, data science, industrial engineering) – preferred
- 7-12 years of experience, including 3+ years managerial experience – preferably in consulting, strategy, analytics, continuous improvement, or operations planning functions
- Experience leading multiple large ($1mil+) projects through analysis, planning, execution, and activation
- Knowledge of the logistics or aviation industries preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in data analytics and technology preferred
Special demands
- Will require some weekend and off hour shifts to support initiatives.
Skills
- Strong financial acumen, data fluency, and data storytelling
- Management consulting to discover value creation opportunities, build robust plans (including funding and resourcing), and guide execution
- Open-minded questioning, “what would need to be true for this to work?” for processes involving many teams and decisions with interdependent tradeoffs
- Executive-level thought partnership to drive strategy without formal authority
- Project management best practices across all lifecycle phases
- Adaptable communication across diverse stakeholder groups ranging from frontline employees to Board of Directors
- Presentation preparation and delivery to senior leadership
- Independence and a desire to function autonomously with limited direction
- Data structuring and analysis through SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar

Salary Range: $137,500- $183,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
