A Day in the Life

• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to turn concepts into successful products that achieve business objectives
• Implement a rigorous test-and-learn program that identifies growth opportunities and fuels ongoing improvements across our digital platforms
• Create a compelling product roadmap aligned with the companys long-term vision and technical capabilities
• Oversee quality assurance practices to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our products
• Lead product management team to have strategic conversations with business partners, effectively solicit and document requirements (using stories), and determine priority of those stories to fill the backlog
• Lead blended teams of internal and external development resources to deliver on the prioritized backlog

Experience &

Job Requirements:
Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or related technical field (essential requirement)
• 8+ years of experience in this or a related role
• 3+ years directly managing people and teams within development and product management
• Expert knowledge of Contentful CMS, JIRA, Azure or similar tools (essential requirement)
• Knowledge of aviation passenger systems (helpful, but not required)
• Experience leading development from ideation through implementation with lean teams on Agile methodology (strongly desired)

NOTE: This position will be required to work occasional offset or non-traditional hours to accommodate international development meetings.

Pay & Perks

Compensation will start at $150,000 and go up based on experience and expertise. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
