We operate out of our award-winning headquarters at the Portland-Hillsboro Airport (KHIO).

The Position
As an FAA Certified 145 Repair Station, Hillsboro Aviation supports comprehensive maintenance and avionics needs. From privately owned airplanes and helicopters to corporate fleet management, we serve private, commercial, and government interests. Our full-service location supports avionics, unscheduled and scheduled services, heavy maintenance, and AOG emergencies. Our factory-trained mechanics and avionics technicians boast an average of over 20 years of experience.
 
In support of remote and complex operations around the world, we offer extensive aircraft parts inventory, dedicated shipping services to ensure rapid AOG response 24/7/365, and support aircraft to facilitate timely delivery of parts. We also maintain relationships with over 55 manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
 
As the director of service center and parts sales, you will join our senior management team and work closely with the service center and parts sales teams to promote our services to new and existing customers. You will report to the Vice President/COO and will be responsible for service center sales and operations, and parts sales and operations, including but not limited to:
 
·Service Center | Maintenance
·Service Center | Avionics
·Parts Sales

Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
·Prospect new customers
·Provide detailed sales and revenue forecasts
·Manage service center and parts sales operations, ensuring budget goals are met or exceeded
·Manage relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers
·Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and sales funnel opportunities within company CRM system
·Work with the marketing department to develop strategic marketing plans
·Work with the senior management team in development and achievement of short and long-term company goals and objectives.
·Travel as necessary to customer visits, conferences, and tradeshows
·Attend local, national and international trade shows and exhibits
 
 
Qualifications/Licenses
·University/College Degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
·Must possess a US Passport and valid US driver’s license
 
 
Required Skills/Experience
·Experience with airplane and helicopter maintenance and avionics services
·Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, including Part 145 Repair Station experience
·Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in education and experience
·Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and effectively deliver presentations
·Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities & projects simultaneously.
 
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
·Master’s degree or relevant industry experience
·Experience with ITAR/EAR
·Experience with Quantum software
·Extra consideration will be given to candidates possessing either specific regional and/or market segment expertise.
