Were leading the charge in advancing the C6ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) capabilities across critical sites in the United States. THE WORK

As a key member of the C6ISR senior leadership team, you will oversee and manage production operations across our C6ISR sites, leading a team of approximately 160 employees. You’ll collaborate closely with Program Offices, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless production readiness and full-rate production phases. Your role will involve driving product quality, ensuring on-time delivery, and maximizing affordability across our factories. In addition, you will coordinate with external factories to fulfill critical production tasks, supporting both C6ISR and other RMS Lines of Business (LOBs) to achieve our financial objectives.

You will also play a pivotal role in talent management, focusing on developing, coaching, and recognizing your team while spearheading initiatives to advance manufacturing technologies. Your vision will shape the factory of the future, positioning our business to excel in the years to come.

Expect to travel domestically about 33-50 of the time, ensuring hands-on leadership and strong connections across our various sites.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in a concentration related to Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
-10+ years manufacturing experience
-Ability to communicate vision and inspire people at every level to deliver and execute the safety, quality, employee relations, ongoing transformation, and our manufacturing strategy
-Proven effective interpersonal, communication and customer interaction skills, to include working with the program leadership and other functions on the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies
-Lean manufacturing background and experience with employee engagement teams such as OETs/PMTs
-Demonstrated ability to drive change
-Ability to work in a fast-paced high demand organization
-Willing/ability to travel as needed for customer/supplier actions
Desired Skills:
-Thorough knowledge/experience with aerospace programs with an ability to implement best practices from across the Operations functions at LM
-Experience engaging employees with continuous improvement through formal engagement teams like OETs or PMTs
-Experience with operating in a represented labor environment
-Knowledge of the RMS organization including C6ISR Programs
-Graduate of POLI or other external manufacturing leadership programs

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $300,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
