Major Duties include:
- Develops and manages the ground and flight scheduling processes and approves the daily training schedule.
- Utilizes waivers and decision-making authorities in accordance with College of Aviation procedures and manuals to direct the execution of the daily flight, simulator, and ground training schedule.
- Responsible for achieving flight hour goals and revenue targets.
- Monitors and collaborates with fleet maintenance to ensure the availability of aircraft.
- Creates analytic tools to assess flight training operations, student scheduling progress, student and instructor financial status, and flight operations budget.
- Provides routine reports to all key stakeholders within the College of Aviation.
- Creates, coordinates, and manages the student registration processes for flight lab courses and flight block assignments.
- Develops and manages flight operations center oversight and management procedures.
