Boeing Defense & Space w/Mobility & Surveillance is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive Senior Quality Leader (L level Manager) to join the AEWC E7 program in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
- Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
- Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Oklahoma City, OK.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years of experience in strategies planning, project management or proposal development
- 5 or more years of experience leading or managing multi-skill discipline teams
- 5 or more years of experience in a quality job role
- 5 or more years of experience in gathering data and performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- 5 or more years of experience working in production
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally depending on business conditions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with new development programs
- Experience with QMS (Quality Management System) and AS9100.
- Experience preparing and presenting to executives
- Experience working in a Defense or Aerospace related program
- Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Methods (BPSM)
- Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA)
- Experience with Data Analytics
