Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP COE Performance Management  (f/m) to join our ERP COE Transformation & Performance  based in Toulouse, France. 

The ERP COE Transformation and Performance is responsible for managing the PEOPLE transformation dimension, for ensuring effective GOVERNANCE and for managing the ERP CoE PERFORMANCE. 

As part of the Transformation & Performance team, you will ensure high standards of performance designing our key success performance indicators and the related means, rituals and monitoring instances in collaboration with the overall Digital  performance leaders and the activity owner.

Your challenges: 

  • Consolidating means to achieve defined objectives on the following axis : Finance, Sourcing, Workforce Mgt, Risk&Opps,  Audits & Quality,

  • providing transparency and visibility of the performance of PSLs and product teams.

  • Business case preparation

  • Follow up of Recurring and nonRecurring costs

 

Your boarding pass: 

  • Min years of professional experience  3 to 5 years

  • Experience in Project Management & Performance activities

  • Structured & Autonomous 

  • Digital acumen

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively as a team player

  • Knowledge on SAP technology is a plus

 

Salary range: 

Salary range based on the required profile: 45 to 55k/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
