The role: An exciting opportunity to join British Airways Global Learning Academy as an Emerging Talent Quality and Compliance Manager has arisen!
In this role you will be responsible for defining and maintaining all company apprenticeship programmes quality assurance and compliance monitoring activity.
What you’ll do: - Conduct benchmarking activities to support our apprentice strategy and ensure that the programmes are designed to effectively deliver business objectives.
- Lead quality assurance and compliance monitoring in Apprenticeships, using corrective action reporting and closure.
- Support a team Business Partners to design & develop our programmes, tracking on and off the job learning requirements, progress reviews, ALSN requirements and End Point Assessments.
- Review training delivery and all quality assurance/compliance monitoring plans on behalf of the Emerging Talent Development and Delivery team.
- Own the governance of our apprenticeship incentive budget and carry out procurement processes to select third party training providers.
What you’ll bring to British Airways: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and ability to engage and influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Champions innovation and agility, with a creative approach to problem solving.
Your experience: - Assessment or quality assurance qualification or relevant experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship compliance requirements, such as Ofsted and ESFA.
- Contracts and procurement experience is desirable.
