Description
As a Equipment Processing Team Leader you will be responsible for overall productivity of Equipment Packing section. Coordinates resources and ensures productivity by leading a team of Junior team members and agency employees. Responsible for the preparation of Foreign Airlines, VIP flight, Crew trainings. Also generates considerable amount of documentation such as Shift re ort, Check sheets, Breakage record, Accident/incident report.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible to allocate over 40 staff, further fragmented into smaller teams for various equipment packing tasks and to provide work plan and instructions for them.
- Should brief Team on the changes, requirements and menu cycles to keep them up to date.
- Disseminates information to the team and forwards information to his up line in a timely manner.
- Responsible to prepare work plan for the shift based on the Daily Working Schedule.
- Responsible to analyses the Equipment stock availability and suggest the quantity to request from stores.
- Responsible to check the arrival inventory of Other Airlines and withdraw sufficient stock from backup store. Involves during aircraft changes / service changes and ensure timely completion of the required change and delivered to the Service delivery team.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
- Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.

Qualifications
High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience
Job Specific Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Email.
- Professional knowledge of all packing plans, different types of on board services, and latest updates to pack equipment and menu cards of all classes for over 200 flights.
- In-depth knowledge of Equipment processing.
- Knowledge of galley loading plans and packing plans of various wide body aircrafts.
- Safety, security, food safety, manual handling trainings.
- Good communication in English (Spoken and Written)
