Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Programme Manager to join our team in Stevenage, England.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: The successful candidate will be subject to SC (Security Check) in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

• Management of the E&C trainings deployment strategy in Airbus DS and of the Airbus DS E&C training plan execution
• Engagement as trainer of E&C trainings in Airbus DS and in E&C awareness sessions and onboardings
• Coordination and management of E&C related communication Management of the Airbus DS Ethics & Compliance Representatives Network
• Cross divisional management of all Conflict of Interest (CoI) declarations
• Cross divisional management of all Compliance Helpdesk requests
• Management of allocated Help Desk inquiries, CoI declarations, Gifts & Hospitality, Sponsorships
• Documentation; Reporting, also for important external stakeholders
• Coordination with other Legal & Compliance stakeholders from Airbus and Airbus Defence and Space Management of ad hoc tasks
• Focal Point for AD Corporate Functions and Programme Lines for UK & UK National Eyes Only Compliance topics

ABOUT YOU – Your Skills

• Legal/Compliance academic background (Master level) in the UK
• Professional experience managing Compliance applying a Compliance architecture/system
• Knowledge of anti-corruption regulations applicable in Europe/main foreign jurisdictions
• Ability to effectively prioritise and perform tasks while interfacing with multiple stakeholders
• Service provider attitude and commitment supporting internal customers
• Excellent analytical and agile reasoning skills
• Contract Negotiation Skills
