In this F-35 Repair of Repairables (RoR) Cost Account Manager - Level 3 position, the candidate will be the primary POC managing the F-35 sustainment supply cost, technical, and schedule performance across the Repair of Repairables contracts.
Responsibilities will include coordinating, planning and implementing supplier contracting, providing coordination to resolve delivery issues and provide program guidance, reviewing the status of projects and budgets, supporting cost inquiries, variance documentation, and managing subcontractor performance. This candidate will perform monthly analyses and prepare reports to validate supply obligations, expenditures, and Estimates at Completion (EACs).
The candidate will operate in a highly dynamic environment with opportunities to interact with various organizations within Sustainment. The candidate will have the creativity to help mold and shape the way we structure and report findings to Program Management and standardize processes across the team. The ideal candidate must be able to establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile actual costs, and recommend corrective action, when necessary. This person will also be responsible for receiving, validating, and approving supplier invoices.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience with project management and earned value management techniques (i.e. schedule and time management, managing budgets, working to deadlines)
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Finance
- Performance Based Logistics (PBL)
- Inventory Management
Desired Skills:
Experience with Earned Value Methodology / CAM Training
Team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational, administrative, and planning skills
Ability to multi-task in a high-tempo environment and be able to interact with multiple organizations and levels of management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
