The Work
As Country Integration Lead (CIL) on the F-35 Training System, you will:
• Lead a diverse group of employees to deliver one of the most advanced training systems supporting both domestic and International customers.
• Serve as the engineering point of contact for multiple F-35 Training & Logistics International Foreign Military Sale (FMS) and Partners
• Provide technical support and training device subject expertise to support International customer engagements across the full life-cycle (Customer Needs, Development, Intro to Service, Sustainment)
• Interface with various Lockheed Martin internal stakeholders as well as international stakeholders ensuring we deliver on our international contractual commitments
• Will travel internationally 25

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14+ years of professional experience
•12+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of F-35, F-16, or F-22 Training Device Domain Experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working environment across business units and with external customers/counterparts; resolving technical challenges requiring integration with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience to plan strategically and translate these strategies into daily, weekly, and monthly tactical actions and tasks
• Demonstrated experience generating metrics-based Basis-Of Estimates (BOEs) and providing proposal support
• Demonstrated experience with customer Program Reviews and technical design reviews; PRs, SRRs, PDRs, and CDRs SATAF/Base Standup Events, PMRs
• Currently active Secret level clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
