The F100 Digital Senior Manager is responsible for managing and executing digital initiatives and transformation for the F100 Program including the development of leading health indicators for the program through dashboard visualizations and model development.  There will be a special focus on the Foresight/Palantir tool development and enhancements, and enterprise data integration with the goal of improving organizational efficiency. This is a high visibility role that interfaces with all business functions including sustainment, material management, operations, finance and more. Also, reports to the F100 Strategy Associate Director.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for integration of digital tools for the F100 program

  • Responsible for providing digitally integrated business picture of customer demand and supply status and that makes recommendations on priorities factoring WRE, Profitability, and fleet supportability.

  • Benchspan and determine how to leverage existing tools on other programs to improve F100 digital tools

  • Lead development and implementation of BOM threads efforts for the F100 team to have one source of truth

  • Lead the development of structured data systems through Qlik, Palantir, Kinaxis, and other applications

  • Collaborate with P&W digital technology teams, and third-party digital teams, to ensure completion of F100 digital tasks

  • Team with DT to monitor F100 digital related spending to ensure financial alignment to meet budgets

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, spaneting, computer science, or materials management

  • 8 years of experience in product or program management, product spaneting, business development or technology or 5 years with an advance degree with experience in product or program management, product spaneting, business development or technology

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with digital tools and expansive sets of data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences

  • Proven organizational and project management skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

  • Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills

  • Coding in SQL, R, or other related data analysis tool

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

What Is My Role Type:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
