Description:This is for a lead role within the Greenville facilities department. This position will lead a team responsible for facilities maintenance across the site. The lead will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing daily assignments. This includes utilizing Resolve-it tickets and facilitating punch list from other projects. The lead will be expected to coordinate turnover between multiple shifts. The ability to integrate with the various functional groups onsite will be an integral part of the position. Additional duties will include promoting a culture of process improvements, safety, and tool control. The lead must also possess the ability to perform maintenance tasks depending on shop priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance experience.

Experience utilizing leadership techniques in a maintenance setting.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of the policies/procedures that govern Greenville site operations.

Knowledge in AMCS, Resolve-it, and Microsoft. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience implementing new processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
