Innovate to solve the worlds most important challengesAs a Finance Director, Integrated Supply Chain atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. Asboth a hands-on leader and contributor to the team, you will be responsible forthe financial leadership of the ISC team. Dedicated to building a strong MOS tomeet reporting commitments, drive operational efficiency and productivity byanalyzing key performance indicators, and represent finance interests in ISCtransformation projects. This personwill partner with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leaders and regional plantcontrollers to improve financial outcomes of our operations: maximize revenue,optimize cost, and reduce inventory.
This role reports to the IA ISC CFO. You will report directly toour Industrial Automation business groups CFO of Integrated Supply Chain and canbe based out of either Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work arrangement(at least three days per week in office).

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend)
- Standard costing, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation
- Drive factory productivity and improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX
- Annual Budget, Forecasting and Performance analysis
- Implement work standardization across the global network
- Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls
- Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required
You Must Have:
- 15+ years of finance executive oraccounting experience within a corporate environment
- Strong manufacturing backgroundand Integrated Supply Chain experience
- Ability to lead and influencediverse, cross-functional teams globally
- Ability to drive businessdecisions across the organization
- Experience in a matrixorganization
