Description:Cost Control Manager on Development Program. High visibility position - between Program
leadership, finance leadership, and customer.
Will have a program finance team directly
reporting to this position, but daily interfaces
with & leads other functional finance and
planning teams in analysis, deliverables, and
contract execution. Role will be responsible for
day-to-day tactical execution as well as
involvement in strategically shaping future of
program.
Directly manages those that perform one or
more multiple financial activities within Program
Finance. Will include some or all of the
responsibilities as defined. Performs financial
analysis, establishes performance management
budgeting, and forecasting activities to include
variance analysis, trend identification, risk and
opportunities assessment and development of
mitigation plans. Integrates information from
multiple financial systems, processes and
functions in order to consolidate the data
forensics into actionable business solution
recommendations. Timely and accurately
consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales,
EBIT, Cash) and monthly, quarterly and year end
reporting to internal and external customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Program Finance experience
- EFS and SAP knowledge
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Proposal experience
- Long Range Plan (LRP) experience
- Demonstrated strong financial/analytical and
organizational/prioritization skills
- Cost Control experience

- Ability to work independently and as a leader

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
