Airbus is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Community Manager to join our User Experience team part of our HR  Digital Transformation program. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our online HR employee community.

 

If you&39;re passionate about building and nurturing communities, have excellent communication skills, and are well-versed in social media, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage our user community through the different Airbus media.

  • Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions.

  • Create and curate engaging content that encourages community participation and discussion.

  • Analyze community metrics and provide insights to improve engagement .

  • Collaborate with the Product owners to propose and link future projects and improvements with user tests.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • ​Bachelor&39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in community management or a related role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
