THE WORK
In this role you will be the Hardware Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Electronics Product Center (EPC) supporting multiple spanet segments and LM Business Areas. The individual will be providing performance reviews, feedback, coaching, mentoring and career development to a team of quality engineers and inspection supervisors. You will assist the Senior Quality Manager with the implementation of advanced quality technologies to improve quality, efficiencies and cost. Work directly with various quality program managers across the Corporation to ensure quality products are delivered on time to contract. Monitor defect trends and support/lead root cause and corrective action efforts with a focus on the printed circuits manufacturing area. Create presentations and present to Senior Management detailing areas for improvements and opportunities. Attend and support Operational Excellence Team meetings to present documented defects to drive improvements. Lead investigations of problems, develop dispositions and implement and ensure compliance with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interface with Senior Management in manufacturing, engineering, customer and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.

Basic Qualifications:
- ISO/AS9100 knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing execution/reporting systems
- Background in Manufacturing/Quality Assurance practices and policies
- Experience with customer interface
- Full Spectrum Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated innovation and initiative
- IPC 610/620 Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
