A position of  Health & Safety Digital Product Manager (M/F) has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in AGBS. You will join the Digital & Employee Support & Care (AG1H) in the HR digital services, fueled by a “CAN-DO” attitude, in full collaboration between IM & HR ; where team spirit and talent expression is of key importance, where end to end accountability and Group wide impact make empowerment and sense of responsibility real.

The Health & Safety Digital Product Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital health and safety products and services. This role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the organization, and leveraging digital tools to enhance safety standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• You are ensuring product evolutions are aligned with business needs, Airbus strategy, market trends and proper service delivery and improvements

• You will be the focal point for your business to manage their change requests and demands - with the support of subject matter experts

• You will manage and coordinate activities and projects, to ensure project deliveries in time, budget and quality

• You will work in close collaboration with your service management team to ensure service delivery and improvements for your products

• You are closely working with different subcontractors, therefore subcontractor management is a must 

• You are responsible for project and service budget management and planning for your products and services 

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and usability of the health and safety digital tools

• Develop and implement digital health and safety products and services that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards by staying updated on industry trends and best practices

• Manage product incidents and escalations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital health and safety programs and initiatives using relevant tools and metrics.

• Prepare reports and presentations on digital health and safety performance for management and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of safety within the organization by promoting safe behaviors and practices through digital platforms.

• Supporting the deployment of the digital health and safety solutions and the testing for new releases

• Ensure consistent learning and knowledge management of IT support team members

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have (see guiding questions below / degree, skills, languages, tools...

• You have a proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on project management, product management and/or in service management

• General knowledge of IM area, SaaS partnership and configuration

• You are good in stakeholder management, bringing strong communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence that enables you to establish trustful relationships with the different individuals

• You have a collaborative and customer mindset and love to liaise transversely across the organization and communicate with people at different levels

• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• You have experience in the software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies

• You are fluent in English
