Oversee and directoperations Aerospace ISC and be part of overseeing and directing operations forworld-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issuesand develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality,delivery and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will developmechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problemsolving with key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure integration with the manufacturing site process including daily tie-outs with the various manufacturing leads, shipping and receiving departments, quality assurance, planning and procurement.
  • Support Customer Manager in compiling data on product work in process, quality issues requiring resolution, shipments, and cross site order management.
  • Assist in driving past due, late to load and any other critical items through the delivery process to ensure customer delivery dates are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate/execute short-term build plans on critical units
  • Monitors progress and report out to Customers as required
  • Assimilate to delivery metrics and critical customer needs and help drive visibility to improvement opportunities.
  • Work cell compression as requested by Customer Manager on critical parts in WIP
  • Conduct customer meetings to review LOBs
  • Support Planners / Customer Managers as needed on IDO part shortages
  • Coordinate with IDO sites arrival of critical material so it can be processed urgently.
  • Coordinate special shipments with Logistics team, when required, to IDO sites.
  • Coordinate customer visits along with internal organizational readiness and assist in compiling information for monthly program reviews.
  • Support site initiatives such as work movement projects, capacity expansion and rate readiness to drive increased throughput.
  • Drive accountability relative to status of sub-tier supplier deliveries, quality dispositions and customer returns processing.
  • Facilitate supplier engagement activity to address delays in hardware delivery, order management misalignment and supplier readiness.
  • Provide direct input into Customer delivery schedule, line of balance and shipment forecasts.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Associates Degree and 2+ years experience or Bachelors Degree and1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant experience
