IT Product Manager 3DEXPERIENCE (F/M)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a IT Product Manager 3DEXPERIENCE (f/m) to join our End to End Develop domain based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team developing CAD/PDM/PLM products. As part of the One PLM Products PSL, you will be involved in PLM deployment projects aiming at digital transformation of the company.

As an IT Product Manager, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with technical experts (Architects, Developers, Technology Specialists), internal business stakeholders (Simulation, Manufacturing and Engineering, Design, etc.), and the programs utilizing our solutions.

As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure the seamless integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE solution into Airbus Helicopter&39;s information system.

• Develop the 3DEXPERIENCE product to meet IT and cybersecurity requirements.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of subcontractors.

• Represent Airbus Helicopter through a multi-business unit deployment strategy.

• Deliver, maintain, and continuously improve the services provided to our end users.

Tasks & Accountabilities:

• Demonstrated experience in IT product management, preferably in the aerospace sector.

• Strong knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its modules.

• Apply and promote the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology within projects.

• Ensure proper understanding and use of deployment and automation tools (Saltstack, Vault, Consul, Control-M, Airflow).

• Manage incident flow, reporting, and request creation via ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployments.

• Maintain effective communication with teams in English.

• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.

• Strong IT background (Functional & Technical architecture, development).

• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Technologies.

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.

• Advanced level of English and French.

• Demonstrated learning agility, entrepreneurship, and innovative “out of the box” thinking.

• Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Value-oriented with the ability to assess various approaches and ideas.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
