IT Programme Manager

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Experience of utilising Jira, Azure DevOps or similar technologies to manage technology delivery work
• Develop and implement programme planning at different levels of detail from sponsor plan on a page to task level planning.
• Develop and implement programme governance frameworks including development of appropriate delivery cadence and ceremonies.
• Build and lead high-performing teams of technical specialists, developers, and project managers.

The role holder:
