IT M&A Director will manage this service as a business, establishing vision, strategy, roadmap, execution playbook and drive execute on prioritized initiatives.  The leader will establish a strong framework for Honeywell M&A and must be have a regular mechanism for continuous improvements and innovative approaches for delivering in right and fast way.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end service delivery for IT Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, in particular ensuring effective execution of due diligence and integration activities.
  • As the IT M&A Director, must assess IT activities, risks and costs to enable smooth integration into Honeywell landscape using a set of robust playbooks while partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, checklists, templates, project plans, budgets and risk register to ensure consistent and repeatable M&A outcomes
  • Ensure all technology integration costs estimated in due diligence are acurate and close to actuals during execution
  • Ensure effective and optimized service execution, with no business impact and proper resource management
  • Establish IT M&A policies, standards, KPIs and manage and monitor them for service improvement
  • Must have the ability and willingness to travel up to 30 of the time following CDC health and safety guidelines

Must have:

  • Minimum 8 years of Large-scale IT implementation experience
  • 3 + years of M&A experience with IT Service Delivery focus

  • Demonstrable ability to meet customer requirements and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the services management discipline
  • Ability to develop presentations and make recommendations to both IT and business C-level audiences as appropriate
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision or direction
  • Ability to remain calm, work under pressure and prioritize work to move things forward
  • Ability to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Action oriented, quick learner and must be an advocate of change
  • Agile project delivery a plus
  • ITIL knowledge desirable
  • General competency of GDPR compliance desirable
  • Functional experience across multiple disciplines highly desirable
