Lead the development of innovative cleaning, inspection, and repair technologies, focusing on business development, customer engagement, and agile practices aimed at delivering high-impact solutions within the GE/CFM MRO network and airline customers.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead innovative product development in cleaning, inspection, and repair technologies, shaping strategy through customer feedback.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, emphasizing agile methods and quality.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to align products with market needs and business goals.
- Drive customer-centric innovation and market research to guide product enhancements.
- Coordinate with teams to align business cases with strategic objectives, manage project timelines, and budget.
- Apply industry insights and data analysis to position products and inform strategy.
- Mentor and lead teams, sharing best practices in product management and innovation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of experience in aviation product management, maintenance services, or equivalent (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of experience in aviation product management, maintenance services, or equivalent).

- Experience in leading innovative product development with a focus on agile and customer-centric methods.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of successfully leading programs/projects.

- Experience in creating or leading a small business

- Excellent communication, both oral and written, with the capacity to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Robust interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of fostering teamwork and driving organizational success.
- Proven ability in building and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and cultivating talent to achieve exceptional results.
