KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:- Demonstrated knowledge of various writing standards such as MIL-PRF-63002, MIL-PRF-63029 and MIL-STD-40051.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical publications, such as Modification Work Orders (MWOs), Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR), Technical Manuals (TMs), Technical Orders (TOs), etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Logistics Analysis, such as Provisioning, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Life Cycle Logistics: planning, development, implementation and management of a system.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a systems Life Cycle: acquisition, sustainment, and disposal.
- Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impacts across multiple areas with limited information in high stress situations and environments.
- Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

- Provide SME input during RFI/RFP response activities to ensure an accurate and detailed representation of the section.
- Proven ability to derive strategic solutions and win themes against vaguely defined requirements
- Demonstrated achievement leading diverse, complex teams internally and externally to increase PWIN and drive successful outcomes
- Aptitude to perform at high levels in a fast paced, matrixed environment with minimal or no supervision

- Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Services, LLC strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years’ applicable experience or 20 years’ equivalent technical experience in Integrated Logistics Support, or Graduate degree with 8 years applicable experience.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Must currently have a Government Security Clearance of at least Secret or higher, and maintain it throughout duration of employment
- Previous Integrated Logistics Support Analyst or Project Management experience preferred.
- Exposure to DoD acquisition and sustainment processes a plus.
- Aviation maintenance experience on rotary or fixed wing platforms highly preferred.
