Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic communication and engagement plans focussed on embedding easyJet’s purpose, strategy, and promise behaviours.
• Lead, plan and create content for major leadership offsites, working closely with C-Suite and Directors.
• Oversee planning, development, delivery and management of all People Team communication and engagement activities.
• Provide strategic advice to the wider Internal Communications team and management responsibility of one direct report (Internal Comms Manager).
