Position Requirements:
- B.S. degree in a technical discipline and 5-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing or quality-engineering environment. Master’s degree in business or management preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience working in a union environment preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and quality processes.
- A working knowledge of FAA regulations.
- Ability to respond effectively and prioritize sensitive inquiries.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.
