Tasks
In EPAR - Engine Parts and Accessories Repair - we take care of the repair of individual parts for our customers engines.
You are part of the commercial development of the division and support our (key) account managers.
- Customer quotation preparation and processing of price inquiries incl. pricing Analysis and preparation of business cases
- Economic evaluation of contract conditions in collaboration with (key) account management
- Checking, coordinating and preparing offers and business plans with the specialist departments, management and companies in the EPAR network
- Support in the planning of customer visits, as well as in the preparation of acquisition and technical documents for negotiations with customers
- Support in managing customer contracts (including processing complaints) and developing them further
- Independently processing customer inquiries, analyzing and optimizing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering or comparable courses of study
- Enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelors and Masters degree (Gap Year)
- Fascination and enthusiasm for aviation, engines and sustainability are the key to joining our young, dynamic team
- Practical experience before or during your studies desired
- Very good IT skills (especially Office 365)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High degree of initiative
