With over 500,000 parts transactions a year, easyJet’s E&M supply chain team’s purpose is to maximise aircraft availability whilst reducing inventory costs.
Handling over $250M of aircraft parts distributed across the European network with an annual spend in excess of £150M, the supply chain team manages the complete end-to-end process from supplier selection and supplier management through to the delivery of goods and services.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Maintenance Supply Chain, the Inventory & Operations Planning Manager is an exciting and transformational role within the easyJet Engineering & Maintenance Supply Chain. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end materials processes initiated by the demand and concluding with fulfilment. Responsible for matching demand, supply and optimal inventory levels to achieve maximum aircraft availability whilst reducing inventory costs.
What you need to do the role
Were seeking an experienced candidate with a proven track record of leadership in fast-paced aviation environments. With at least 5 years of management experience overseeing complex teams, youll excel in this role. Your effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities, will be essential for navigating relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Additionally, your confidence in handling large data sets and problem-solving skills will optimise procurement processes. While CIPS certification is desirable, your familiarity with AMOS and Agresso systems will be advantageous. Your understanding of aviation regulations, including Part 145, Part M/CAMO, and Part 21, is crucial for ensuring compliance.
