Jena-Optronik GmbH (Thüringen) - Senior Manager Technologie EEE-Parts (m/w/d)

Job Description:

In dieser Position verantworten Sie den Einsatz und die Neueinführung von EEE- (electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical) -Parts und Technologien in unseren Sensoren für Raumfahrtanwendungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Führen von interdisziplinären Projektteams
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung projektübergreifender Kundenanforderungen im Hinblick auf die EEE-Parts-Technologie (electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical) und deren Einsatz in unseren Geräten und Systemen
• Selbstständige Durchführung von Qualifikationen (auf Bauteil- und Baugruppenebene)
• Begleitung und Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien in unserem Unternehmen
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von EEE-Parts
• Durchführung von Audits bei EEE-Parts Lieferanten
• Schnittstelle zu Projektabteilungen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern, u.a. Lieferanten, Kunden und Partnern

Ihr Profil:

• abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Physik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
• mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Fertigungstechnologien und Lieferantenqualifikation
• Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet hochzuverlässiger EEE-Parts und SMT Assembly Technology sind von Vorteil
• Freude am Arbeiten im Team und idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines (Projekt-)Teams
• selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
