Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced Lead Director Analyst (Level 4) to join our Distribution Services team in Dallas, TX.

The selected candidate will execute and improve the operating rhythm of the BGS Supplier Management organization and process performance measurement and improvement associated data.  This role will develop and manage director’s operating rhythm that aligns with BGS SMLT cadence including other business partners, management and tracking of actions/deliverables for the director’s organization (including internal and external) – coordinate with the respective focal as necessary, maintain all director level communication and coordination with others to ensure communication alignment and awareness, and handle special Projects (as assigned). 

This role will be on site at our DFW distribution location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development, planning and execution of organizational and employee-related activities and initiatives.

  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.

  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.

  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., performance measurement, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).

  • Develops executive level briefings.

  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Leads the development and deployment of training content.

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in the following areas: Adaptability, Analytical Skills, Business Acumen, Communication, Decision Making, Initiative, Leadership, and Teamwork

  • 5 + years of experience working metrics and participating in the Business Planning Review (BPR) part of the business/organization?

  • Strong organizational skills including and deep understanding of project management concepts for planning, monitoring, and reporting assessment findings

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): s

  • Project management experience

  • Bachelors or higher

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $100,300- $135,700
