- Minimum 10 years Egress work experience O and I level required; D level experience is preferred.
- Shop / section / shift management experience required. Prioritizes workload and allocates resources and manpower.
- Oxygen maintenance experience and A&P License preferred.
- Experience managing shop programs to include CTK, time change, explosive safety, HAZCOM and support equipment.
- Parachute and survival equipment experience is preferred.
- FAA Parachute Rigger preferred.
- CAD/PAD handling experience required, DOD training.
- Must be able to travel.
- Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
