As a Level 3 Technician - HVAC here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving complex service calls, providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Your main focus will be on HVAC systems and associated computer systems. You will also be responsible for the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material, and preventive maintenance. Additionally, you will coach and mentor more junior technicians to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

You will report directly to our Technical Services Manager and youll work out of our Plymouth, MN location.

In this role, you will:
- Independently troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC issues
- Program multiple HVAC systems
- Perform system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patches
- Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on customer needs
- Program EBIs (Enterprise Building Integrator)
- Apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve customer needs
- Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
- Ensure proper use of safety personal protection equipment
- Obtain necessary security clearances as required by customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

- 2 years of experience in Commercial HVAC systems
- Certifications required for system-specific work
- Ability to work independently 75 of the time
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays
- Valid Drivers License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
