Our sales approach begins by identifying customer demands before they become challenges. Were committed to delivering customer success through our comprehensive expertise in software and technology. Lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers

The successful candidate (you) will

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Identify Opportunities

•         Manage and Plan Accounts

•         Negotiate and Close

•         Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition

•         Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle

•         Establish Rapport with Customers

•         Extensive travel covering North America

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

•         Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

•         Excellent communication skills

•         Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

•         Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

PREFERRED

•         Bachelors degree

•         Computer Literate - Office Suite

•         Experience in a HVAC Controls

•         Experience with CRM database

•         Prior experience selling to Mechanical Contractors and Consulting Engineers

•         Prior experience selling to owners and end users

•         Excellent team interaction and communication skills

•         An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

•         Significant experience in selling commercial controls products and HVAC applications

•         Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
