Local Production H175 RampUp Manager

Job Description:

• &xfeff;&xfeff;Setup adequate routines, dashboards to ensure On Time delivery to AEC of elementary parts for MAF/Tailboom (main deliverables: Line Of balance of EP, Elementary Parts)
• &xfeff;&xfeff;Organize with HAIG Operational & Strategic procurements the optimized supply chain network to secure On Time deliveries of Raw materials & setup network with Airbus Commercial operations:

HMC, Tianjin... (main deliverable: coverage of raw material to support rampup production of Elementary Part & MAF/Tailboom)

• &xfeff;&xfeff;Secure urgent raw material rescue from AH are:
• &xfeff;&xfeff;picked in MAR in appropriate timeframe with correct transportation condition (e.g T° control...)
• &xfeff;&xfeff;used only for H175 Production
• &xfeff;&xfeff;Liaise & influence HAIG Management to capture adequate resources and investments to secure Rampup Production (deliverable HAIG workshop resources trajectory, HAIG workshop training plan

(AEC LCB/Training plan already existing)

• &xfeff;&xfeff;Refine, Boost & organize Reporting of HAIG/AEC Rampup action plan (special care for CAPEX plan: e.g. paint booth, IT network/Tool, duplication of critical toolings)
• &xfeff;&xfeff;Release the AEC weekly minute of meetings and closely monitor in front office of AEC/HAIG actions
• &xfeff;&xfeff;Propose some governance and organisational AEC/HAIG optimizations
• &xfeff;&xfeff;Closely monitor main stakeholders operational performance (engineering, quality, manufacturing engineering, production...)
• Additional working location is Harbin, China
