Global Sustainment offers an exciting opportunity to work with the weapon systems and state of the art technology. You will drive innovation in processes and operations as well as the opportunity to build our digital thread. The Global Sustainment organization supports a large portfolio of programs in many technologies such as; Lasers, Solid State Radar, Computing Systems, Combat Systems and Launcher programs across Rotary Missions Systems as well as other Business Areas across the corporation. This position will support the Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS) spanet segment. The MDCS portfolio includes Logistics and Sustainment products in support of Integrated Combat System, Aegis and BMD programs. This is a dynamic environment were specific assignments can change as the business continues to grow and program rhythms dictate.
The Logistics and Sustainment Program Manager (LPM), will lead a cross-functional team
consisting of supply chain, repair depot, training,
technical documentation, DMSMS and logistics analyses and modeling professionals to deliver Global Sustainment products.
The candidate will:
1. Oversee the execution of all logistics and Sustainment efforts
supporting International programs requiring international travel and a valid US Passport in support of the
MDCS spanet segment.
2. Work closely with Program Managers and
Government logistics customers on the day-to-day
management, measurement, and reporting
of logistics contract scope, including Earned
Value Management (EVM).
3. Devise and implement plans, budgets, and
schedules in response to program requirements,
and monitor work progress of logistics personnel.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
2. Experience in team building and conflict resolution
3. Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
4. Familiarity with the Logistics and Sustainment of products throughout a products life cycle
Desired Skills:
Preferably, you should also have these desired skills:
1. USN Logistics/Sustainment Experience
2. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience or Control Account Manager Certification
3. Agile project management knowledge
4. Proposal cost estimating and technical volume authoring
5. Note, this position is located in Moorestown NJ and requires onsite attendance in support of Program and Customer interaction.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
