MRO Executive Aviation Sales Manager
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MRO Sales Manager with specific expertise in Embraer executive jets to join our Dallas, TX team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with our executive aviation clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the executive aviation MRO business, with a focus on Embraer executive jets.
  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with high-value clients, including operators, owners, and fleet managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing tailored MRO solutions and exceptional service for Embraer aircraft.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing to meet both client needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, particularly in the Embraer segment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the MRO or executive aviation industry, with specific expertise in Embraer executive jets.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Embraer aircraft, MRO services, and the executive aviation market.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly within the Embraer customer base.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
