Maintenance Aircraft Program Manager
Draken International •
Partners with Deputy Director of
Maintenance, Logistics and Sustainment to coordinate maintenance requirements
of foreign MDS purchase contract.
Commit labor forces and the use of
resources to meet requirements of the contract. Leads, trains and equips 50+
employees supporting MDS aircraft sustainment and operations.
Manages maintenance and
modification of aircraft and associated equipment; administers aircraft
maintenance programs and resources; directs aircraft maintenance production, staff
activity and related material programs.
Assess work force requirements and
advises senior leadership.
Directs aircraft maintenance
-mission generation and repair network- activities.
Works with upper level management
to develop, formulate, and manage fiscal resources in relation to the MDS.
Ensures adherence to technical
data, policy, procedures and safe maintenance practices.
Develops, coordinates, and
executes maintenance plan for fleet integration into Draken International
Coordinates quality assurance,
maintenance training, budget and resource management, analysis, and facilities
in relation to the MDS.
Coordinates for plans and
programs, modifications, and modernizations requirements in relation to the
Defines long term aircraft
maintenance procedures and requirements for the MDS.
Coordinates key core logistics
requirements supporting MDS maintenance operations.
Defines technical problems and
economic factors related to the MDS to evaluate programs, assess trends, and
identify improvements and deficiencies.
Responsible for the accurate and
timely submittal of deliverables to the DDOM and MDS Project Manager.
Able to obtain and maintain
“Secret” security clearance.
Valid, current Driver’s License
Must be willing to relocate to
Lakeland, FL area.
Must be willing to travel up to
80% for first nine months of employment, and up to 25% thereafter.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in
the tactical fighter community is required, 15+ years’ experience preferred.
Minimum of three years’ Production
Supervisor on a fighter flight line experience required.
Airframe & Powerplant License
Program development and management
Proven leadership skills required.
